AlemDrama (the “App”) is a free app for discovering movies and dramas: you can search titles, watch their trailers and save the ones you like to your favorites. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses and how it is protected. The App is operated by Bitsoft LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account details — if you choose to sign in, your email address or phone number, used so your favorites are kept on every device you use.
Favorites and searches — the titles you save to your favorites and the search terms you enter, so the App can show your list and relevant results.
Device information — device model, operating system version, app version and language, used to show the App correctly.
Diagnostics — crash reports that help us find and fix problems.
Notification token — only if you allow notifications, used to tell you about new titles and trailers.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location or any other information that is not listed above.

2. How we use your information

To show search results, trailers and your saved favorites.
To keep your favorites synced to your account.
To send notifications about new titles, if you have allowed them.
To answer your support requests.
To fix errors and keep the App secure and working well.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that host the App and deliver notifications and crash reports for us, and only as needed for those services, or when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account, your favorites and account details are deleted within 30 days.

5. Your choices

You can use the App to search and watch trailers without an account.
You can add or remove favorites at any time.
You can delete your account in the App under Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us.
You can turn notifications off in the App or in your device settings.

6. Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to it is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy

If we change this Policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
